Omaha School of Ministry is operated by Flatland Church, a member of a cooperative fellowship of churches called the Assemblies of God. The Scriptures Inspired
The Bible is verbally inspired of God and is our infallible rule of faith and conduct.
The One True God
There is one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

We believe in Jesus’ deity, virgin birth, sinless life, miracles, death, resurrection, and exaltation.
The Fall of Man
Mankind, through voluntary sin, incurred physical and spiritual death.
The Salvation of Man
Our only hope of salvation is through faith in the death and resurrection of Jesus.
The Ordinances of the Church
Baptism by immersion and communion are symbolic expressions of faith in Jesus.
The Baptism in the Holy Spirit
Baptism in the Holy Spirit, a subsequent experience to salvation, is for all believers.
The Initial Physical Evidence of the Baptism of the Holy Spirit
Baptism in the Holy Spirit is marked by the initial, physical sign of speaking in tongues.
The Sancitifcation of Believers
Sins are forgiven through repentance and faith, resulting in a life of obedience to God.
The Church and Its Missions
The purpose of the church is to save the lost, worship the Lord and disciple believers.
God calls individuals to places of ministry to assist the church in fulfilling its purpose.
Divine healing is available to all believers because of Jesus’ death and resurrection.
The Blessed Hope
Jesus will come again, raise the dead, and gather His followers to be with Him forever.
The Millenial Reign of Christ
Jesus will reign with His followers on earth for a thousand years at His second coming.
The Final Judgment
There is a final judgment where every person will receive eternal life or eternal punishment.
The New Heavens and the New Earth
God will establish new heavens and a new earth following the final judgment.
